High School Group

Facilitated by Niki DuBois, LCSW-S, CEDS

The skills group is an in-person skills group for teens to help build connections and community while strengthening therapeutic skills. A diagnosis is not required to join the group. This group is for high school students ages 14-18 years of age.

The materials in the group will cover communication, social skills, emotion regulation, tolerating distress, body image, and mindfulness. The skills are pulled from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), & Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RODBT).
